* Fix race conditions in mcpregistrystatus tests

Fixed race conditions in parallel test execution by ensuring proper test isolation:
- Create separate collector instances for each parallel subtest
- Fixed TestAPIStatusCollector_Methods to create fresh collectors per subtest
- Fixed TestSyncStatusCollector_Methods to create fresh collectors per subtest
- Fixed TestStatusCollector_InterfaceMethods to create fresh collectors per subtest
- Fixed TestDeriveOverallStatus subtests to use fresh deriver instances

All tests now pass with the race detector enabled.
