Use new string diff visualization for StringStartStrategy and StringEndStrategy (#225)

- Added diff formatting for `StringEndStrategy` and `StringStartStrategy`
- Removed superfluous whitespace validator in favor of homogenizing with the diff formatting.
- Initially intended to only to introduce simple changes for right alignment with `StringEndStrategy` but there were edge cases where expected became longer than subject during truncation around the middle of the string. It was easier to reframe the necessary changes as a feature for supporting bidirectional diffing (i.e. expected is longer than subject).
- Whitespace arithmetic was becoming fairly difficult to keep track of when mixed with logic related to formatting. This was refactored into a mutable model for keeping track of indexes during formatting steps.
- Truncation logic seemed to be prone to change due to some previous confusion with how it should work with `StringEndStrategy`, so it was extracted out.
