🏗️ refactor: Quit dynamically updating repo nightly (#211)

* Remove node scripts to update repo

* Split up exchange rate data utility

* Pass exchange rate data down during pre-render

* Load exchange rate data during page prerender

* Pass exchange rates into the reducer action itself

* Make more tests pass

* Stop updating rates in the repo

* Rebuild and deploy nightly to get rates

This change will pull rates from my own endpoint
