[9.2](backport #3643) [fix] Reusable cloud connectors on org aws (#3644)

### Summary of your changes
Cloud connectors should be reusable between CSPM and Asset Inventory.
This means that the root and memeber roles cannot have different names
between the two integrations.


Changes:
* When cloud connectors are used cloudbeat will attempt to assume the
same root and member role names between CSPM and Asset Inventory.
* Asset Inventory AWS Org Cloud Connectors cloudformation will create
the same role names as CSPM (identical cloudformation file).
