feat: add MetaschemaNotFound error constant and update tests

- Add ErrMetaschemaNotFound constant to errors.go for consistent error messaging
- Update all MetaSchema tests to use proper error constants instead of generic ErrNotFound
- Ensure error consistency between implementation and test expectations
