* Add the capability to validate and introspect a Personal Access Token

* Add a Tokens module as an extrypoint for tokens validation and introspection

* Refactor TokensTest by introducing a TokensCase exunit case

* Refactor AppJWTAuthPlug and related tests to leverage Tokens module and test helpers

* Encapsulate tokens functions into Tokens module

* remove redundant functions

* Restructure tests
