Add functionality extension

Color consistent plotting: one experiment is assigned one color which is not changed when clicking through different sequences
More robust parsing of csv data: csv parser can now handle missing data items (interpreted as NaN). Morevover, a QP is no longer required for plotting
Pre-defined line styles for Y, U and V components for PSNR, wPSNR, SSIM and VMAF
