[CM2] Introduce pinning entries to custom indices

On top of existing sorting rules defined by sortBy and sortOrder,
individual entries can pin themselves to arbitrary positions in their
collection

by using order: n

e.g.:
order: 0 moves the entry to the top

also:
order: -1 moves the entry to the last position
