Migrated to using pytest log control for tests

Details:

* Added pytest.ini with default pytest file log settings.

* Added a decorator 'log_entry_exit' for logging the entry and exit of
  a test function at DEBUG level. Applied the decorator to all unit test
  functions.

* Added a fixture 'logger' that resolves to the logger for the test module.

* Added a support function 'get_logger()' that returns the logger for
  a test module. This can be used to set module-global logger objects,
  as it is needed for the test_indicationlistener.py module.

* Removed 'configure_root_logger()' in the test_indicationlistener.py module
  because the file logger is now configured by pytest.

* In test module test_wbemconnection_mock.py, renamed the pytest fixture
  test_schema_root_dir to tst_schema_root_dir, consistent with the other
  fixtures in that module. This was not a problem for pytest, but it
  confused me since it used the naming convention for test functions that
  pytest reciognizes, but it is a feature and not a test fuction.

* Added a section 'Logging during tests' to the development chapter in the
  documentation.
