* Expand ExpensesLineChart to support up to 12 values

Refactored ExpensesLineChart to support up to 12 data points and allow custom x-axis titles or prefixes. Improved axis label rendering, tooltip logic, and added a 'nice' interval calculation for y-axis ticks. Updated showcase and tests to cover new features and edge cases.

* Refactor ExpensesLineChart tests to use baseComponentApp

Replaces direct usage of MaterialApp and Scaffold in ExpensesLineChart widget tests with the baseComponentApp helper for consistency and code reuse. Also adds coverage ignore comments to touchCallback in the ExpensesLineChart widget.
