Small ui fixes (#13052)

* Enhance TokenClaimBanner and CustomAddressOption components

- Updated CustomAddressOption to conditionally display the full address label when connecting a new address.
- Improved TokenClaimBanner by adding a success notification for address copy action and refactoring the transaction link into a button for better user experience.
- Adjusted styles in TokenClaimBanner to center align items.

* Improve error message for gas estimation in SignTokenClaim class

- Enhanced the error message to provide clearer instructions for users when there is insufficient ETH for gas fees, prompting them to add more ETH to their wallet.

* Ensure BaseScan link uses noopener
