Merge feature/coverage into master

Resolved conflicts:
- go.mod: Used newer toolchain (go1.24.4) and pirmd/epub + testify deps from feature/coverage
- go.sum: Used feature/coverage version with updated dependencies
- Makefile: Used feature/coverage version with gotestsum and coverage targets
- internal/organizer/organize.go: Removed duplicate path calculation code, kept cleaner version
- internal/organizer/path.go: Unified character sanitization with commonProblematicChars (no apostrophes)
- internal/organizer/organizer_test.go: Removed (tests moved to integration/)

Key improvements from feature/coverage:
- Better test coverage with stretchr/testify
- Improved test infrastructure (integration tests, test utils)
- TUI components and models with comprehensive tests
- Album detection and handling
- Metadata formatting and field mapping
- Layout integration tests
- Series number extraction and handling
