fix: implement streams handling in LiveVue with enable_props_diff: false (#91)

- Refactored hooks to use a unified `getDiff` function for props and streams diffs.
- Added support for streams diff calculation in LiveVue, including initial render handling.
- Updated data attributes to include `data-streams-diff` for client-side processing.
- Adjusted tests to validate streams diff functionality and ensure correct behavior during LiveStream operations.
