IGVF-2958 Analysis step version table on workflow pages (#895)

* Add new columns to the analysis step version table. Display this table on the Workflow page.
* Analysis step pages now request linked analysis-step version objects to display in the updated analysis-step version table.
* Add Jest tests for new `requestAnalysisStepVersions` function. Add report link to analysis-step version table on the workflow page.
* Update a comment.
* Add a column for links to analysis-step version pages on each row of the Analysis Step Version table. Add a checkbox to show or hide this column.
* Adjust grammar of analysis-step-versions column checkbox.
* Adjust hyphenation of the label for the checkbox to show the analysis-step-version columns.
