Redesigned the `GameOptions` scene so that it shows when pressing the `New Game` and comes with a difficulty setting, but removes the seed option.

Added `GameState::get_difficulty_level()` allowing the difficulty to be determined for a dungeon run.

Changed saving so it only happens whenever the game scene is shown.

50 of 58 new or added lines in 9 files covered. (86.21%)
