fix(storage): Auto-rename workspace directories to match expected names (#254)

When a user storage directory exists with the correct workspace ID but
an incorrect name prefix, the system now automatically renames it to
match the expected directory name format. This ensures consistent naming
across workspace instances and prevents storage conflicts when
workspaces are moved, renamed, or used with git worktrees.
