feat(cli): Add more verbosity levels (#251)

Previously, the logging verbosity worked as follows:

1. `ERROR` (default)
2. `-v`: `WARN`
3. `-vv`: `INFO`
4. `-vvv`: `DEBUG`
5. `-vvvv`: `TRACE` with all external dependencies filtered

Now, two more verbosity levels are available:

- `-vvvvv`: `TRACE` with some high-volume external dependencies filtered
- `-vvvvvv`: `TRACE` with no filtering

This change helps with debugging and development.
