OpenFOAM Bringup I: Instruction Blacklists and Verification (#249)

* blacklists more unsupported llvm instructions

* removes unnecessary print

* adds function alias check to blacklist and verified modules

* throws exception on verify error

* removes DSO_local flag

* fowards exit codes from linker passes to driver

* adds llvm verifier to end of codgen pass

* removes problematic openmp flag in polybench workflows

* [DEV] disables polybench_none_output_test due to arg capture issue

* updates verifiers for HPCCG and LULESH

* PhiNode: Adds support for global values
