refactor(configuration manager): extract business logic into ConfigurationManager class

- Create new ConfigurationManager class to aggregate flight controller and filesystem access
- Refactor ParameterEditorWindow constructor to accept ConfigurationManager instead of separate dependencies
- Update __main__.py to use ConfigurationManager pattern
- Maintain backward compatibility in ParameterEditorWindow for GUI-specific functionality

This improves separation of concerns between GUI and business logic layers,
making the code more maintainable and testable.
