更新命名規則並重構服務管理邏輯

- 調整 .editorconfig 中的私有欄位命名規則，改為使用前綴 "_" 和 PascalCase。
- 在 `HostsTests.cs` 和 `ServersTests.cs` 中，將遊戲服務實例化方式從 `GatewayService` 變更為 `ConnectionService`，並掛接 Join/Leave 事件。
- 移除 `ConnectionService.cs` 中的 `GatewayService` 類別，整合其功能至 `ConnectionService`，簡化代碼結構。
- 確保在測試結束時正確解除事件掛接並釋放服務資源，以避免內存洩漏。
