fix(#173): CREATE/PUT/PATCH requests can trigger two separate save signals (#174)

* chore: Remove redundant save from PUT/PATCH

* fix: Potential solution to remove redundant save in CREATE

* fix: Ensure also object's state db match related object's state db

* feat: Implement DB table locker

* fix: Handle DB table locking for concurrent requests

* chore: Delete db_table_locker as alternative solution is better

* fix: Reduce redundant signals by disconnecting/reconnecting signals instead of relying on PK-gen and DB table locking

* style: format code with Ruff Formatter

This commit fixes the style issues introduced in d398cf1 according to the output
from Ruff Formatter.
