feat: Introduce offset-preserving view and axis manipulation utilities

Add `padtoaxes` to construct BorderArrays that align with specified
target axes, efficiently utilizing views for overlapping regions.
Introduce `outer_axes` to determine the necessary input array dimensions
for filtering operations. Implement `offset_view` to create views that
    preserve the original array's index offsets.

Additionally, clarify the documentation for `conv!` regarding default
border behaviour and add a cross-reference to `padtoaxes` in the
`border_array` documentation.
