Nearest neighbour interactions for `HubbardRealSpace` (#345)

# New Features

- Added nearest neighbour interactions to `HubbardRealSpace`
- Generalized hopping parameter `t` in `HubbardRealSpace` to have
directional axis-wise magnitude, i.e., for single component: `t = [t_x
t_y t_z...]`
- `HubbardRealSpace` now accepts complex hopping amplitudes
