Support `--reinstall` option (#13)

*   Use `--reinstall` to re-install & re-pin dependencies versions in `constraints.txt`.
*   Warn on missing or extra fields in config files.
*   Configure `log` dir and implement file logging.
*   Split `RegularFormatter` and `ColorFormatter` for logging to file and stderr.
*   Propagate `start_id` and use it for log file name.
*   Configure `tmp` dir.
*   Enforce state definition according the topological sort of DAG.
*   Support `auto_boostrap_parents` (default except for wizard implementation).
*   Split, add, refactor existing states for simplicity.
*   Use two generated banners: single header and multiple body.
*   Fix multiple bugs and increased test coverage.
