Optimize resolver conflict detection and fix MVCC semantics

- Fix MVCC logic: only check read conflicts, not write conflicts
- Eliminate duplicate separate_conflicts() calls via function refactoring
- Add version merging in add_conflicts() to reduce traversal overhead
- Rename conflict?() -> check_conflicts() with :ok/:abort return
- Reorganize try_to_resolve_transaction() with cleaner control flow
- Added benchmarks

Performance: maintains ~20K tps, reduces memory for batched transactions, up from ~330tps
