chore(jsapi): jsdoc fixes, missing types (#326)

- Updated all JSDoc references from `{@link}` to inline code formatting for consistency.
- Corrected a typo in the `Lister<T>` type description.
- Exported additional types: `PubHeaders`, `PrioritizedOptions`, `KvPurgeOptions`, and `KvKeyCodec`.
