[fix/change] Fixed bridge VLAN filtering parsing & ula prefix interaction #356 #357

- Bridge-vlan sections were not generated when `ula_prefix` was present.  
- Several problems with parsing of complex bridge VLAN filtering cases were also resolved.
- The documentation now includes an example showing how to override bridge-vlan interfaces.
