feat: Aggregate.evaluate returns {:ok, [timestamps]}

Events are immutable except that they are timestamped by the aggregate
as they are applied. Return the timestamps so that the caller can
correctly identify the whole events as they were just created. This
facilitates broadcasting events so that they match the stored event
record.
