Change analysis action input to use measurement entry ids (#45)

* Take measurement entry id and upload id as workflow input

* Combine preprocessors and move to utils

* Read entry archives and process them in `analyze` activity

* Make reduced_spectra optional; keeping the size of results smaller for activities

* Adjustments for preprocessor in the common.analysis routine

* Minor fixes

* Delete reduced spectra to reduce size of activity output

* Increase timeout; fix

* Review and ruff
