feat: add group and provider filters to approval apis (#224)

* Add group and provider filters to approval APIs

Extended approval requests to support filtering by provider types, provider URNs, group IDs, and group types. Updated handlers and protobuf definitions to enable these new filters for more granular queries.

Renamed applyApprovalsJoinFilter to applyApprovalsJoins and applyApprovalsSummariesJoinFilter to applyApprovalsSummariesJoins for improved function naming consistency and clarity in approval_repository.go.
