fix: Mark peer dependencies as external (#45)

This commit fixes a runtime error in the deployed application caused by multiple copies of React being present.

The `rolldown.config.js` has been updated to explicitly mark the `peerDependencies` (`react`, `pubsub-js`) as external. This prevents them from being bundled into the library, which resolves the "Invalid hook call" error.
