重構服務創建與用戶管理邏輯

在 `Provider.cs` 中，更新 `CreateService` 方法以使用新的 `UserProvider` 構造函數，簡化初始化過程。
在 `SyncService.cs` 中，新增私有變數和 `Pending` 結構以改善用戶生命週期管理。
在 `UserProvider.cs` 中，移除不必要的變數，改為使用事件處理用戶加入和離開。
調整 `SoulTest.cs` 和 `Service.cs` 中的服務實例化方式，確保一致性並簡化代碼結構。
