Commit Message

Refactored case where a provider has already retrieved its data but #initialize() is called. Refactored GenericProvider so that a call to #renew() has to #prepare() the client before it goes out and gets data. This adds an extra call but protects us against cases where the token being used to retrieve the secret has become invalid.
