Update dependencies and fix routegroup middleware registration

- Update routegroup to v1.5.3 which requires middleware before route registration
- Fix middleware registration by using router.Group() with conditional auth middleware
- Add validation to prevent server startup with empty listen address
- Update other dependencies: chroma v2.20.0, lgr v0.12.1, rest v1.20.4, testify v1.11.1
- Fix typo in README.md for --auth-user parameter
