feat: update ResNet examples with new defaults and enhanced flexibility

- Changed default model from `resnet18` to `resnet101` for improved feature representation.
- Updated batch size, drop block probability, and drop path probability defaults for performance tuning.
- Added nullable pretrained weight handling with `Option<String>` to enhance configurability.
- Integrated PReLU activation into model configuration.
- Expanded prefab definitions with `resnet101` and cleaned up unused weight configurations.
