Handle non-exceptions passed to bugsnag.notify()

Currently, non-exceptions are logged but not sent. This changeset
improves the behavior to explicitly only accept exception instances and
sys.exc_info tuples, coercing any other values to the string
representation and sending as a RuntimeError.
