Refactor Groups info method and enhance GroupModel

Refactored Groups::info to use the model() helper and where() for querying by name. Updated GroupModel to include 'description' in allowed fields, added validation rules for 'name', and improved timestamp field configuration. Added comprehensive unit tests for Groups functionality in GroupsTest.php.
