Add audit configuration to MCPServer CRD (#1787)

- Add Audit field to MCPServerSpec with simple enabled boolean
- Handle audit configuration in controller by adding --enable-audit flag
- Regenerate CRDs and DeepCopy methods
- Bump helm chart versions (operator-crds: 0.0.21, operator: 0.2.10)
- Add example manifest showing audit configuration usage
- Regenerate helm documentation

When enabled, audit logging will output NIST SP 800-53 compliant
audit events to stdout for MCP server operations.
