Add Redis for websocket management across multiple pods (#825)

* Add Redis support for multi-pod Socket.IO communication and scale controller

- Updated README.md to include new commands for single pod and scaling controller.
- Modified docker-compose.yaml to add Redis service and controller load balancer.
- Enhanced manage script to support scaling and single pod setups.
- Configured Socket.IO to use Redis for cross-pod communication.
- Added nginx configuration for load balancing between controller pods.
- Included Redis as a dependency in pyproject.toml and poetry.lock.

- Changed command for starting the project to `./manage single-pod`.
- Added section on finding the dynamically assigned debugger port.
- Provided example output for clarity.
- Emphasized the need to update the VSCode configuration with the discovered port.
