## Problem

Rust testsuite using tarpaulin takes a lot of time to finish.


## Solution

This PR tries different engine to compute coverage ( llvm one ) that
recently gets speedup from author of tarpaulin.


## Testing

Just manual comparing of CI run times shows cca 50% speed up.

2681 of 4679 branches covered (57.3%)

Branch coverage included in aggregate %.

23244 of 29425 relevant lines covered (78.99%)

66.69 hits per line
