refactor: BwActivity to use ViewModel and add tests

- Migrated BwActivity to use a ViewModel (BwViewModel) for managing UI state.
- Introduced BuildBwLabelsUseCase for business logic related to label creation.
- Added unit tests for BwViewModel and BuildBwLabelsUseCase.
- Updated AndroidManifest.xml and MainActivity to reflect the new package structure for BwActivity.
- Added androidx.arch.core:core-testing dependency for LiveData testing.
