Added a title field to createSubmission (merge commit)

Merge branch 'feature/new-title-field-createsubmission' into 'main'
* fix missing title at updateSubmission

* adjust visible UI text

* refactor submission title and helper text

* update Submissionwizard unit test to handle title addition

* refactor title field to update with other submission fields

* add title field to e2e submission fixture

* add required to submission's title field

* modify dataset title to pass backend

* add non fucntional title field to createSubmission

Closes #1080 and #1094
