fix: prevent removal of shared channels on subscription cleanup (#315)

Shared channels were being incorrectly removed from shared_channel_receivers
when a subscription ended, causing "No shared channel configured" errors on
subsequent requests. These channels are meant to persist for the lifetime of
the client connection.

Modified the cleanup handler to not remove shared channels, as they are
initialized once during client creation and should be reusable.
