Fix responsive design issues for mobile and tablet views

- Fix navbar height doubling at 768px by keeping flex-direction row
- Remove excessive padding above navbar on mobile screens
- Reduce navbar padding from 0.8rem to 0.5rem for compact mobile view
- Hide Size column only on small mobile screens (≤480px), show on tablets
- Add shortened date format (DD-Mon-YY) for mobile to save space
- Adjust column widths for better mobile layout without overlap
- Add .playwright-mcp to .gitignore for test artifacts
