Documented adapter support for classic mode and adjusted end2end tests

Details:

* In the module description of the _adapter.py module, replaced the description
  of adapter types with a generic description of where we have support for
  adapters.

* In the description of class Adapter, added a description of how
  Adapter objects, PCHID and physical adapter cards correspond.

* In the description of the Adapter.maximum_crypto_domains() method, replaced
  the table of maximum crypto domains with a generic statement that they
  are equal to the maximum number of partitions on the CPC.

* In the description of the Adapter.maximum_crypto_domains() method, removed
  the mentioning that ValueError is raised if an invalid crypto adapter card
  type is specified, because exceptions for invalid parameters are by
  definition ValueError and TypeError and they are not explicitly described
  normally.

* In the description of Console.list_permitted_adapters(), clarified under
  which conditions the 'full_properties' and 'additional_properties'
  parameters can be used.

* In the end2end test module test_adapter.py, changed that the adapter
  related tests run in both DPM and classic mode CPCs.
