fix(ui): highContrast fixes for basic fields (#8665)

* updated verifiable email field with highContrast

* remove address field placeholder text when disabled

* removed find address button from address field when disabled

* signature field - remove clear button and placeholder text when disabled

* yesno field - standardize border color

* radio field - remove hover bg change when disabled

* dropdown field - remove placeholder text when disabled

* dropdown - have cancel cursor on disabled hover

* prefills short text - bg yellow -> grey, remove lock icon, make prefilled lock state highcontrast

* update prefills infobox message

* fix lint and added disabled placeholder text for empty state
