Feature: A LazyList behaving like a regular list with lazy values. (#280)

This PR implements a new LazyList feature that provides a list implementation with lazy value evaluation capabilities, similar to the existing LazyValueMap. The implementation includes comprehensive test coverage and API design improvements.

- Introduces LazyList, LazyIterator, and LazyListIterator classes for lazy list functionality
- Updates existing API generics to be more flexible with covariant supplier types
- Adds utility methods for null-safe lazy value handling
