feat(duplicate): show actual duration between first and last duplicate

track firstSeen and lastSeen timestamps for each message hash to display
the actual time span between duplicates instead of the configured window.
includes memory optimizations to cap messageIDs storage and proper handling
of invalid message IDs. duration is rounded to seconds for cleaner output.
