Drop Python 2 leftovers

Summary
- Eliminated the Python 2 raw_input fallback and migrated history loading to catch OSError, leaving the CLI to rely solely on Python 3’s input()
- Simplified command handling by evaluating flags and token lists directly, removing explicit True comparisons and len checks
- Modernized type, filter, context, and error classes with Python 3 super() calls and clearer None/regex checks, e.g., in OptionsType, RegexType, IncludeFilter, DefaultContext, and AmbiguousCommandError
