3D viewer: use index buffer geometries for connectors

This reduces the memory footprint considerably and improves scene
removal speed. Tests with typical completely traced Drosophila larva
neurons suggest about a 200x speed-up in removal time, about 1/3 less
JavaScript memory and half the GPU memory than without any indices.
